Shipping Policy:
All of our pieces are handcrafted in Canada and will be shipped as soon as they are complete. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be crafted before it is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Shipping times will depend on your location and chosen method at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees applicable to their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid at the time of delivery, according to your country's regulations.
Important for U.S. Customers: Due to recent U.S. tariff changes, orders shipped from Canada may now be subject to import duties — even for purchases under $800 USD. These charges (if applied) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. will eliminate the duty-free threshold for imports under $800. This may result in 35% tariffs on home decor products shipped from Canada.
We have paused shipping to the U.S at this time.
Return and Refund Policy:
As each product is made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order before confirming your purchase.
